The Essex Veterans Xc Champs along with the under 13 and Under 15 champs will take place at Hilly fields Colchester on Saturday 1 December , veterans please let Dave Wright know if you wish to run , the distance is 5 miles with a veteran ladies race with the over 50/60 men , followed by the over 40 men veterans , we always do really well in these Champs so let’s make sure we win a host of medals
