Tough going at Parliament Hills

The 15km hilly and muddy course at the Southern Cross Country Championships at Parliament Hills is the ultimate challenge on the off road calendar with a superb field of athletes bidding for the crown. Harriers had a handful of athletes taking part, with 2nd claim Angus Holden 64th which shows the quality of the Field as Holden was 4th at the Essex Cross Country Champs. Chris Sellens is another top 10 Essex runner he was 80th with Colin Ridley and Paul Rodgers making the first 150.
