Heath clocks a good time

At the Royal Parks Half Marathon Richard Heath clocked a good  1-17-54.

Tiptree 10

At the Tiptree 10 mile Paul Rodgers ran his second race of the weekend in a personal best 61-24 for 10th place at the Tiptree 10 mile race, Keith Marley was 16th 64-07, Simon Taylor 28th 66-30, while Richard Boden was pleased with 67-33, just ahead of James Waterson 68-40, and then came Dan  Wilkinson in 75-00.

Martlesham 10km

Colchester Castle Park run

228 completed the course with Andy Raynor 3rd in 18-58, just pipping team mate David Wright 4th 19.00.  Alice Addison was 9th and first lady 19-53, with Debbie Cattermole 3rd lady 21-27. Other finishers from Harriers were Malcolm Statham 15th 20-20, Arthur Whiston 22nd 20-53, John Wheatley 23-39, Sophie Stephenson 24-02, John Cooke 24-50, Charlie Walder 25-43, Jerry Walder 25-43, and Rachel Richardson-Wright 28-31 (Pb).
