Athletes needed

The Essex Country Track Relay Champs take place on Friday 29 June in Basildon.

Please can you let Annette Bland, Ian Kelly or Sally Dobson know if you would like to be considered.

Events include:

4 x 100m all ages including SM / SW / U20M / U20W/ U17M / U17W/ U15B / U15G / U13B/ U13G

3 x 800m U17M / U15B / U13B  U17W / U15G / U13G

4 x 400m SM / U20M / U17M / SW / U20W

4 x 300m U15B / U17W/ U15G

1600M Medley (200M, 200M, 400M, 800M) SM, SW

Entries have to be in by Friday 15 June.  There is no fee to club members.

Events start at 7pm. Parking is always very busy as the track is part of a large sporting village.  We will need to arrive by 6pm for the first event
