Double team win for Harriers

Colchester Harriers leapt to double team success at the fast Langham 10km, recent signing Richard Heath showed what a good signing he is for the green vests with a victory in 34-16, Heath was also first Veteran, Allen Smalls was 4^th in 35-42 and first veteran over 45, with Mark Harrod 36-40 (9^th) and completing the winning team Paul Rodgers in 13^th spot in 37-17.

The ladies team were led home by Sarah Stradling who was off her best but still finished runner up in 37-08, Andrea James 42-33, Debbie Cattermole 43-34 1^st lady over 50 and Rebecca Cooke 43-58, were the other victorious team members. Arthur Whiston was first over 60 in 42-02.
